SLA TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS

Service level agreement training(I) is our basic course. This is the entry into the world of SLAs. During the course of training, you will be familiarized with the key terms of service level management and service level agreements.

After getting started, we will provide you with the SLA checklist. We will go through this list with you to assess a real SLA and examine if it can handle the real world issues.

In this basic course, we will also discuss second SLA, which is an advanced version of the first SLA and shows a more efficient approach. You will learn how to define certain sections as well as KPIs. In addition to the SLA checklist and the understanding gained with the two SLAs, you will receive tools to help you make decisions in your day-to-day work.

There is also a SLA gadget for each participant.

SLA TRAINING FOR ADVANCED

In our advanced SLA training (II), you will be familiarized with five SLAs. As a participant, you will discover a new perspective in each of the SLAs. Each of the SLAs serve a complex topic realted to outsourcing.

Outsourcing can include an SAP system, printer, service & development, service desk and a business process. By doing so, an additional emphasis is given to each of these topics that receives particular attention in these SLAs. For example, notice of termination, asset transfer or employee transfer.

There are a lot of tips and tricks which would be helpful in handling SLAs, which would come very handy to a service level manager. Tools to organize your own service level management are a part of the training.

There is also an SLA gadget for each participant.

SLA TRAINING FOR EXPERTS

With our international SLA training (III) we will train you to deal with German and English SLAs. You will receive guidelines on how to avoid ambiguities in the English language and best practices (dos and don'ts) to follow.

We will also go through important concepts like warranties, liabilities as well as penalties and indemnifications. English lawyers have some or the other trap. We will prepare you on how to avoid it.

As a participant, you will receive an SLA checklist that contains all the key points and points out the differences between German and English law and offers solutions, to be successful in the international context.

There is also an SLA gadget for each participant.

HR SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT TRAINING

The "HR service level agreement" is a one day course. For our participants, we have considered HR services like "service desk", "payroll accounting", "personnel management", "procurement and recruitment", "personnel development", "outplacement management", "personnel diagnostics", "transfer/internal posting" and "external recruitment" in such a way that they can be transferred to SLAs.

After the HR SLA training, you will receive an SLA checklist with which you will have a guideline for drafting an SLA.

Other important building blocks are the industry standard KPIs such as availability, processing time, reaction time until the order starts, setup time, on-time delivery, lead time, transfer of payroll and user satisfaction.

We will train you to become a professional HR service level manager.
