ROAD TO SERVICE STANDARDIZATION

When Meta One GmbH was founded, the focus was on SLA consulting. As our customer's needs grew, our portfolio expanded to include tools and methods of IT and SLA management. The practical implementation has always been accompanied by the publication of supporting technical literature, which in turn are now regarded as standards in the area of service level agreements and IT service catalogues. In addition to various industry awards and the selection of the SOUSIS model as IT standard by the Federal Ministry of Research and Development, Meta One GmbH has also been offering its expertise in series of seminars since 2016.

The ITSMF classifies the book "IT-Service Catalogue" as the basic foundation.
